Canon Pixma mg5620 Printer offline

My canon pixma mg5620 Printer offline, but it continually goes offline and will not print. I’ve reloaded the programme multiple times and the problem persists. This is the only printer I have, and it is set to the default setting.

Printers that are not connected to the network may suggest that the printer driver is not set appropriately. Kindly attempt the following to remedy the issue:

1. Click on the start button.

2. Select Control Panel from the menu.

3. choose the hardware and sound tabs.

4. In the Devices and Printers section, click on devices and printers.

5 Right-click the canon pixma mg5620 and choose Properties.

6. Navigate to the Ports tab.

7. Check the box next to the port that starts with CNBJNP, then clicks OK and attempts printing.

• On the printer, press the Setup button.
• Hold the button down until the device’s settings show. Select OK.
• Continue pressing the button until the network settings window displays. Select OK.
• Continue pressing the button until further options are shown. Select OK.
• Continue pressing the button until the TCP/IP settings window appears. Select OK.
• Select IPv6 by pressing the button. Select OK.
• On the screen, a message scrolls. Select OK.
• To enable/disable IPv6, click OK.
• Select inactive by pressing the button. Select OK.

Restart the print spooler service

To complete these instructions, you must be logged in as an administrator.
a. click the Start button, then Control Panel, to access administrative tools.

Type administration tools in the search box and then click Administrative Tools.
b. right-click on Services and double-click.

If an administrator password or confirmation is requested, input the password or give confirmation.
c. right-click the print spooler service, choose Properties and then click OK.
d. on the general tab, ensure that automatic is chosen next to starting type.
e. If the service is not currently operating, select Start and then OK under Service status.

If an administrator password or confirmation is requested, input the password or give confirmation.

If none of the above works, manually connect the printer to the local port and test.
